Furthermore, we draw energy from both Mother Earth and the Cosmos, facilitating the perpetual cycling of our energy. The optimal state for us is achieved when we maintain a neutral energy state. Additionally, safeguarding our energy field from external influences that have the potential to disrupt or deplete our energy is of utmost importance. We will learn six fundamental tools for running and managing our energy field together to achieve the point where we find our balance. We will learn together how to master our energy field for daily life and how balancing energy helps us do our daily tasks.
